How to use
Due to the high concentration, start with ½ teaspoon per day, preferably in the morning before food. Let it dissolve in your mouth or stir it into lukewarm (up to 40 °C) water or tea. Do not heat the honey or add it to hot drinks, so its natural properties are preserved.
