How to use
Due to its high concentration, start with ½ teaspoon a day, ideally in the morning on an empty stomach. Let it dissolve in your mouth or stir into lukewarm (up to 40 °C) water or tea. Do not heat the honey or add it to hot drinks, so its natural properties are preserved.
Packaging
500 g pack. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
