Properties

  • Every batch independently tested: strength, purity, authenticity, freshness (UMF™)
  • UMF 20+ / MGO 826+ — very high concentration of unique properties
  • Intense, long-lasting flavour

How to use

Due to its high concentration, start with ½ teaspoon a day, ideally in the morning on an empty stomach. Let it dissolve in your mouth or stir into lukewarm (up to 40 °C) water or tea. Do not heat the honey or add it to hot drinks, so its natural properties are preserved.
