How to open and use

Fold the pack along the marked line until it snaps, then squeeze the honey out — straight into your mouth, onto a spoon or into a bowl. Stir into lukewarm (up to 40 °C) tea, yoghurt or porridge, or take it with you when travelling, at work or to training. Do not heat the honey.

How should I store manuka honey?

At room temperature, tightly closed, away from direct sunlight. No need for the fridge. The honey may thicken a little — that is natural.
