1. General provisions
These terms of purchase govern the legal relationship between the buyer and the seller arising from purchasing goods in the online store manuka-medus.lt.

By purchasing goods, the buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.
2. Placing and confirming an order
An order is considered placed when the buyer completes the cart form and makes payment. After successful payment, the buyer receives an order confirmation email with an order number. The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order if the product is no longer available and to refund the money within 5 business days.
3. Prices and payments
All prices are in euros (EUR) including VAT (where applicable). We accept payments by bank card (Visa, Mastercard) and e-banking via Paysera. Payments are processed by secure payment intermediaries. We do not store card data.
4. Delivery
We deliver via LP Express, Omniva parcel lockers and DPD courier. Delivery time: 2–5 business days from order confirmation. The delivery cost is shown in the order form before payment.
5. Product quality
All goods sold are food products — Manuka honey of New Zealand origin. The expiry date is indicated on each package. The products comply with Lithuanian and EU food safety requirements.

7. Liability
The Seller is not liable for delivery delays due to courier disruptions. The buyer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address. In case of disputes, the buyer has the right to contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lrv.lt) or use the EU dispute platform ec.europa.eu/odr.
8. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are settled in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
