1. General provisions
This privacy policy sets out how JESPE MB (hereinafter we or the Seller), operating the online store manuka-medus.lt, collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data when you use our website and purchase our products.

2. What personal data is collected
- Contact details: name, surname, email address, phone number
- Delivery details: delivery address
- Payment details: payment confirmation (we do not store card numbers)
- Order history: list of ordered products, price, date, status
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, visit date (via cookies)

4. Data transfer to third parties
- Delivery service providers (LP Express, Omniva, DPD) — only to carry out delivery
- Payment intermediaries (Paysera, Stripe) — to process payments

Emails (Brevo)
- We send post-order emails (thank-you, information about the purchased product) via Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France, EU). We also occasionally send our customers offers and news about manuka honey – products similar to those you bought (Art. 69(2) of the Lithuanian Law on Electronic Communications). We tell you about this on the order form: if you tick “I do not want to receive offers”, we do not send such emails, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Anyone else receives marketing emails only with consent. We share your email address, name and language with Brevo and, for recipients of marketing emails, your purchase information.
- If you tick the reminder when ordering, we will send you one reminder by email after 2 months (via Brevo); you can opt out using the link in the email.
- If you subscribe to offers in the website panel (“−10% on your first order”), the legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). We keep your email address, language, the time of consent, the version of the consent text and the page where you gave it; we share your email address and language with Brevo and send you a personal one-time discount code (valid for 14 days). You can withdraw your consent at any time using the link in any email or by writing to info(at)manuka-medus.lt; we keep the consent record as proof while the consent is valid and for 3 years after it is withdrawn.
- Contact data is kept in Brevo until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe using the link in any email or by writing to info(at)manuka-medus.lt.
